Jealous Of The Birds, project of Naomi Hamilton, recently shared the music video for her song “Marrow,” which will appear on her upcoming EP, Wisdom Teeth.

Shot by music video and fashion director Marta Bodacka in London’s Crystal Palace Park, Hamilton was fascinated by Bodacka’s vision for the video and her production process.

“Since the song bursts out into these musically expansive moments, I really wanted the video to mirror the sense of open space and amplification,” Hamilton said. “Marta had this idea to use drones to capture aerial shots in different locations in the park and to include interpretive dance by the insanely talented Naomi Weijand.”

For Hamilton, “Marrow” is her expression of what it’s like being human and moving between “one’s inner and outer worlds.”

“After I graduated university a year ago, I became much more resolute about chasing a life in music, art and traveling,” she said. “To me, ‘Marrow’ captures that sense of striving for authenticity in all its colors and forms.”

Wisdom Teeth is Jealous Of The Bird’s newest EP and will be released in February 2019 via Canvasback / Atlantic Records, following the release of The Moths of What I Want Will Eat Me In My Sleep this past summer.
