Stop Light Observations Share New Single “2young”
Psych-rock band Stop Light Observations recently shared their new single, “2young,” which features groovy folk vibes that feel both modern and timeless.
The song’s lyrics were actually written four years ago by the band’s pianist, John Keith Culbreth. Wanting to explore the ideas of acceptance, Culbreth used a scenario where the world was ending as a setting.
“My opinion of life and death changes daily, but for now I choose to believe that everything will be alright in the end,” he said.
“2young” is the first song off the band’s upcoming EP, which will be released in early 2019. Until then, fans can see them touring the east coast this fall and stream on all platforms.
